Administrator (Operational Support)

We are looking for a part time administrator, to provide a broad range of administrative and operational support. Administrators fulfil a key role in our organisation, including answering calls from parents, young people, professionals and customers. Some calls, particularly with parents or young people, may be emotionally challenging.

This role will be suited to someone with previous administration experience with a positive, helpful approach. This is a diverse administrative role where tasks are varied and the role can be demanding.

In this role, you will be a key part of the team helping us to make sure all children, young people, families and visitors to our site get the best welcome, service and experience.


Operational hours within which this role will be expected to work will be anytime between 9.00am to 7.00pm weekdays and 9.00am to 2.00pm on Saturdays as required. You will work to a rota which may include days starting at 9am and late finishing at 7pm.


Weekend working on a rotational basis may be required as part of your working hours.
